The Company from India, Trasy Enterprises, introduces a machine that produces EVA hot melt adhesive films:

The primary components are ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resin, tackifying resins, and wax. Each component is chosen based on the desired properties of the final film. The raw materials are mixed by melting the EVA resin and then adding the tackifying resin and wax.  This granules or Flex of hot melt is then melted in a tank and pushed through the slot / flat die to form a thin film. This film is coated on release liner and cooled through the chill rollers to solidify it into a flexible film. Once cooled, the film is cut into rolls or sheets, depending on customer specifications. It may also undergo quality checks to ensure it meets required standards. This process results in a strong, durable adhesive film that can be used across a variety of applications.

some common applications are:

Textiles: Employed for bonding fabrics in apparel manufacturing, upholstery, and non-woven applications, allowing for flexibility and comfort.

Automotive: Utilized for assembling components, such as dashboards and interior trim, where strong bonds and resistance to heat and moisture are crucial.

Electronics: Used in bonding components in devices, ensuring durability and reliability, particularly in areas exposed to stress.

Footwear: Applied in the production of shoes for bonding soles to uppers, providing a strong, flexible connection.

Woodworking: Helpful in laminate bonding and edge banding, offering a clean finish and strong adhesion.

Construction: Used for adhesive bonding in various construction applications, such as flooring and roofing materials.

Arts and Crafts: Popular for DIY projects and crafts due to ease of use and strong adhesion.

The versatility and strong performance of EVA hot melt films make them a go-to choice in these and other applications. If you're interested in a specific use case, let me know!
