This is a fibre spray die coating system explained.

Pre melter melts the Hot Melt Adhesive granules in the tank. when the motor is switched on, the pump pushes the liquid Hot Molten glue through the hose pipe to the die.

The die is connected with compressor air. Two inputs; one for the die for spraying and the other one is for the valve to operate. Both the air inputs require different pressure regulators and flow controls.

When the solenoid is energized through the SMPS by some signal or hand Valve or the bell switch the Die starts spraying.

One can control the density of spray by adjusting the flow of glue pump and air flow.
