Fabricated on machine from 50x50mm MS channel. Heavy construction made
Vibration less to suit 150-p/min pouching speed.
 
 
COUNTER:
Counter to give buzzer after 100 PCs. & integrator total counter.

IDLERS:
Idlers of Aluminium Seamless pipe machined.
 
PRESSURE ROLLS:
Rubber PRE rolls pneumatically operated and controlled.
 
CUTTING BLADE:
Cutting Blade movement connected through pneumatic piston for to and fro
motion.  Pressure system through pneumatic controls.
 
CONTROL PANEL:
Suitable for A.C. drive & servo drive with microprocessor.
