What Is A Hot Melt Coating Machine (As Offered by Trasy)

A hot melt coating machine applies molten adhesive (“hot melt”) onto substrates (paper, film, fabric, foil, etc.), either continuously or intermittently, and often laminates or transfers this adhesive layer to another material. The adhesive solidifies as it cools, forming a tacky coating.
Adhesive Tapes Slitting /Cutting Machines
These are machines used in the converting industry to take wide “jumbo” rolls of adhesive tape, film, or similar material, and cut / slice them into narrower rolls, smaller rolls, or particular shapes. The processes include:

Hot Melt Dispenser
Hot melt dispensers (also called hot melt adhesive dispensers) are machines that melt solid adhesive blocks or pellets, heat them to application temperature, and dispense the molten adhesive in dots, lines, strips or even spray.
